Protein Plus

Protein Plus is a foliar fertiliser containing concentrated urea and additional sulphur for healthy plant development. As a foliar fertiliser, it is designed to be applied directly to the leaves of a plant for faster and more effective absorption than traditional soil-applied fertilisers. Protein Plus has been manufactured specifically to increase grain protein in milling wheat for a better quality yield.

Application Information

Apply using a conventional sprayer with fan jets. Best results are achieved when applied early morning or late evening. Daytime applications should be diluted with 100l/ha of water.

Milling wheat Apply when the grain is milky ripe at a rate of 200l/ha. If yields are predicted to be high enough to affect grain protein, increase rate to 250l/ha. Do not apply in adverse weather conditions.
